Lynn L. King, a native of Flint, MI, and she is the wife of Bruce King Jr. She mother of five children, and two beautiful grandchildren.

She has been a licensed cosmetologist for over 25 years. She fashions her life around being BOLD by incorporating this into just about every business or initiative that she starts. Some of them include BOLD Delightful Treats, Forever BOLD Salon and Spa, BOLD F.I.T. and BOLD Life Ministries. 

Here is a Fun Fact.... B.O.L.D is actually and acronym that gives homage to her late mother stating that she is: Bessie Ola Lillie's Daughter!

It also is a constant reminder to push past any fear, doubt, or limiting beliefs about yourself and not to allow ANYTHING to Dim Your Shine!!! 

  In 1999, while in my early twenties, I cofounded a women's ministry entitled "The Ladies of My Sisters Keeper" affectionately known as "MySKI".  It was during this time that the flame was sparked to pour into young girls also, adding the Young Ladies of MySki to the ministry. From that point until now I have had the privilege to serve as a Youth Praise Dance and Choir Director, I taught Youth VBS, and was appointed Youth Ministry Chair and Co-Chair for my local assembly,   In 2021, I felt a divine calling to preach the Gospel and also founded BOLD LIFE MINISTRIES, empowering young women ages 14-22 to live unapologetically for Christ. The ministry teaches them to embrace their Christ-like identity, set healthy boundaries, break unhealthy cycles, and build better relationships. Lynn is also a contributing author in several  anthologies  including Emotional Wellness...(     ), Amazon Best Seller “I Lived To Tell It Vol. II: The Power of Forgiveness, and Reposition Her (    ) 

With over 25 years as a licensed cosmetologist, seven years of Salon ownership, I have literally touched the lives of many women and they have done the same for me!  My mantra is “BE BOLD. BE BEAUTIFUL. BE YOU.” and I believe  through sharing the Love of God and mentorship young girls and the women that they  become can live a BOLD LIFE ...NOW!
